For the purposes of this Privacy Policy the references to ‘you’ shall mean any natural person whose data is being processed by us, Trichem Healthcare Private Limited, Trichem Lifesciences Limited and Trichem  (We/ Us/ Trichem). Our services include indenting, distribution and manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, bulk drugs and intermediates (Services). 

This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the processing of personal data we collect from you. This Privacy Policy applies to all Services offered by Us including through the website www.tricheminc.net (Platform). This Privacy Policy applies to all persons accessing the Platform (Users). This Privacy Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions accessible at: https://tricheminc.net/terms-and-condition/ and any other agreement executed between you and Us. 

We collect and process your personal data only in terms of this Privacy Policy. Personal data means any data about a User who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.

BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU HEREBY PROVIDE YOUR FREE AND INFORMED CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND AGREE TO THE STIPULATIONS OF THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE STIPULATIONS OF THIS POLICY, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO IMMEDIATELY CEASE YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM. TRICHEM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT YOUR ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL STIPULATIONS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.

If the User is a minor, or a person with a disability, the parent/ guardian as the case may be, must provide their free and informed consent to all stipulations of this Privacy Policy on behalf of the User, failing which the User should not access the Platform for any reason whatsoever.

• DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU

1. We collect the following personal data from you to facilitate the creation of a profile on the Platform: 

1. Name; and 
2. Email ID.

1. In addition to the personal data that you submit, we automatically collect the following data when you access the Platform:

2. Operating system details;
3. Mobile network information including carrier details;
4. Device type settings including device IDs and IP addresses;
5. Cookies, which are small text files stored on a User’s device to track the User’s activity and preferences on the Platform; 
6. Pages visited on website, time of visits and frequency of visits;
7. Details about the interaction of your browsers, apps and devices with our Services, crash reports, system activity, diagnostic data, date and time and referrer URL of your request. 

• WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

1. We will only process your personal data for legitimate purposes, and the purpose for which we collect your personal data may vary in each case. Generally, when we collect your personal data for the purposes as outlined below:

1. To provide our Services to you. 
2. To process your requests to us.
3. To improve your experience on the Platform by tracking issues and user complaints reported by you. 
4. For analytical purposes, such as to understand how our Services are being utilized by Users, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Services.

6. To process queries and grievances raised by you against Trichem and, or the Platform.

8. For any other purpose to the extent necessary to meet any obligation towards you or a third-party.  

1. We do not collect or store any personal data from you to make any decision on behalf of or in respect of the end customer.
2. We will always ask for your consent, before we proceed with using your information for a purpose that has not been covered by this Privacy Policy.

YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR DATA

1. You have the right to: (i) access, review, or update your personal data; (ii) request for the deletion of your personal data; (iii) withdraw your consent and restrict us from processing your personal data, by submitting a written request to us through the contact details set out at paragraph 18 of this Privacy Policy.
2. We reserve the right to refuse your request to the extent that we are required to do so under applicable laws. We will of course inform you of such reason in writing if we cannot service your request.
3. You acknowledge that deletion of all or some of your personal data may result in Trichem being unable to provide you with Services and access to the Platform. 

• SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

1. The purpose for which Trichem shares your personal data with third parties varies in each case and depends on the purpose for which you provide us with such personal data. 
2. Generally, when you submit your personal data to Trichem, we may disclose it for the purposes as outlined below: 

1. With group companies, affiliates, and businesses that are legally part of the same group as Trichem or that become part of that group, for the use cases as set out at paragraph 3 above.
2. With third party service providers to meaningfully address the use cases as set out at paragraph 3 above, including but not limited to providing you with customer support services, accepting payments for your subscriptions, if any, and maintenance and improvement of the Platform.
3. For legal reasons, we will share personal data outside Trichem only if we believe in good faith that such access, use, preservation, or disclosure of information is absolutely necessary to:

1. Meet any applicable law, regulation or legal process, or enforceable government request.
2. Enforce applicable Terms & Conditions, including potential investigation of any possible violations.
3. Detect, prevent, or otherwise, address fraud, security, or technical issues.
4. Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Trichem, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

1. We may share your personal data in anonymized form with partners affiliated with us in relation to providing Services for increasing utility or improving the performance of Platform. We also allow for certain third party service providers to collect personal data from your browser, or your device for advertising and content consumption measurement, using their own cookies, or similar technologies.
2. In the event where there is any restructuring, reorganisation, merger or sale, or any other form of transfer of some or all of our assets, including by way of a slump sale, Trichem will update the Privacy Policy and inform you of such change.  

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

1. The Platform is built with strong security features that work continuously towards protecting your information. The insights we gain from maintaining our services help us detect and automatically block security threats from reaching you. And if and when we detect something risky, and where we think you should be made aware of that, we will notify you and guide you through the process to stay better protected.

1. We use encryption to keep your data private while in transit; and 
2. We restrict access to personal data to Trichem employees, contractors, and agents, who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with access to your personal information is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and will ensure that they process your personal data in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

• DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE INDIA

1. We maintain servers around the world, and your information may be processed on servers located outside of your country, where you reside. We ensure that any transfer of personal data is done in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including any data protection laws applicable in the relevant jurisdictions. We will take appropriate safeguards where necessary, including the use of data protection agreements, to ensure that your personal data is afforded an adequate level of protection at least per the standards prescribed in this Privacy Policy.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or until you revoke your consent to our processing of your personal data, always in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 1. This Privacy Policy applies to all the Services offered by Trichem.
2. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any services that have separate Privacy Policies in place, and that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
3. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may make a reference to Trichem’s Services.

• CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

1. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure compliance with applicable laws, or to align per our data protection practices. In the event of any change to the Privacy Policy, we will intimate you (through e-mail notification). In any case, we encourage you to periodically visit and review this Privacy Policy.
